The perfect getaway for a weekend or extended holiday with all the comforts and only 90 minutes drive south of Sydney. This newly built beach house is located in the heart of the Shellharbour historic seaside village and is less than a minutes walk to the ocean foreshore, shops and cafes. There is also a children’s playground, park, wading pool and ocean pool across from the house for your enjoyment!

Quality furnishings have been provided throughout Seashell Beach House including a plasma TV, DVD/CD player with dvd/video library, current magazines and games. There’s even an ipod docking station connected to the sound system so you can enjoy your own music collection. The house also gets great sea breezes being close to the water but for your comfort R/C air conditioning is available.

The gourmet kitchen comes completely equipped with gas oven & hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, espresso maker, all dining utensils including an outdoor setting and picnic hamper, milkshake maker, juicer, sandwich press and more! The double sliding double doors from the kitchen lead out to the courtyard where there is an eight seater table and 5 burner stainless steel gas BBQ for your enjoyment.

Accommodation includes a master bedroom with double sized shower ensuite, TV, VCR and DVD. The second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom offers twin beds which can be converted to a king bed if required. There is a separate toilet and second bathroom with shower and full sized bath with eco-marine amenities, plush bath towels and hair dryers provided.

THINGS TO DO

For the boat enthusiast there is a boat ramp across from the house with direct ocean access. Try out some fishing, surf at 'The Farm' or snorkel or scuba dive at Bass Point which is only a few minutes drive from Seashell Beach House.

Have a round of golf at Shellharbour. Explore the area. Seashell is only a short drive to the villages of Kiama, Gerringong, Jamberoo, Minnamurra Falls and the Recreation Park, Saddleback Mountain Lookout and beautiful Berry.

Visit the Nan Tien Temple. Drive the Sea Cliff Bridge and watch the hang gliders at Stanwell Tops and visit the Symbio Wildlife Park.

Shellharbour Village Craft Markets on the second Sunday of each month, Kiama Seaside Market on the third Sunday of every month, Kiama Produce Markets on the fourth Saturday of each month or the Berry Markets on the first Sunday of each month .
