large open plan kitchen area downstairs features

The adjoining rumpus also has sofas, TV,
DVD & stereo.

private courtyard comes complete with BBQ,
outdoor setting and a 6 seater spa to relax in. Sleeps maximum 6. Portable
cot available on request.
